Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of ANS Family in Strawberry Fruits at Different Coloring Stages

To elucidate the structural characteristics, phylogeny and biological function of anthocyanin synthase (ANS) its role in synthesis, members strawberry ANS gene family were obtained by whole genome retrieval, their bioinformatic analysis expression at different developmental stages fruit performed. The results showed that consisted 141 distributed on 7 chromosomes could be divided into 4 subfamilies. Secondary structure prediction this mainly composed random curls α-helices, located chloroplasts, cytoplasm, nuclei cytoskeletons. promoter region FvANS contains light-responsive elements, abiotic stress responsive elements hormone etc. Intraspecific collinearity revealed 10 pairs genes, interspecific more relationships between strawberries apples, grapes Arabidopsis, but fewer rice. Chip data FvANS15, FvANS41, FvANS47, FvANS48, FvANS49, FvANS67, FvANS114 FvANS132 higher seed coat tissues endosperm. FvANS16, FvANS85, FvANS90 FvANS102 internal fleshy tissues. Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was expressed throughout coloring process. levels most genes highest 50% stage (S3), such as FvANS19, FvANS31, FvANS43, FvANS73, FvANS78 FvANS91. FvANS52 green (S1), FvANS39 FvANS109 20% (S2). These indicate play a pigmentation stages, with playing level rapid accumulation coloring. This study lays foundation for further family.
